From Wuxi Dexin to Changzhou
ChangZhou SoySauce Food Technology Co., Ltd. continues the business of the former Wuxi Dexin Seasoning Co., Ltd. After redevelopment of the former Wuxi location, the factory was relocated in 2023 to Henglin Town, Changzhou Economic Development Zone, and production and export operations continued under the current company name.
For long-term customers, this was not the start of a completely new business. Our main product lines remained soy sauce powder and hydrolyzed vegetable protein powder, the core team continued, and many overseas customer relationships carried over naturally from the Wuxi Dexin period into the Changzhou phase.
Where We Stand
Compared with large suppliers, we are usually more flexible, easier to reach, and more reasonable in cost. Compared with very small low-cost suppliers, we are not always the cheapest, but we are more disciplined in quality, process control, and delivery reliability.
That is where we prefer to be: more responsive than large companies, and more dependable than low-cost workshops.
Long-Term Cooperation Matters More Than Fast Expansion
Most of our overseas customers have worked with us for 10 to 20 years, and many of those relationships began during the Wuxi Dexin period.
Our growth has not happened separately from our customers. It has progressed together with the development of their business.
Along the way, we have continued to upgrade our equipment through automation to support more stable quality and delivery. That kind of growth means more to us than aggressive expansion, because it reflects trust built over time through quality, service, and steady cooperation.
A further step is our in-house digital twin and AI production review system for the drying line, which supports full-process monitoring, analysis, and review.
Why FSSC22000 Matters
We hold FSSC22000 certification. For a small company, this is not the easiest path, but it reflects how seriously we take food safety systems, internal discipline, and consistent delivery.
We do not present it as a marketing slogan. We see it as part of the basic standard required for long-term export business.
Export-Focused Cooperation
Exports remain the main part of our business, with domestic sales as a secondary part. Many overseas projects are developed through trading partners, while we provide product specifications, compliance documents, samples, technical communication, and stable supply.
For many customers, our value is not only a single product code. It is the ability to support market-specific and formula-specific needs over many years of cooperation.
Working Rhythm and Long-Term Stability
We also keep some long-standing internal practices. For example, after the Lunar New Year, we usually stay on holiday until the fifteenth day of the first lunar month and return to work on the sixteenth. We also usually arrange a spring break and an autumn break of about one week each.
In summer, when many overseas customers are on holiday, we may also arrange time off in line with employees' family schedules and school breaks for their children. We do not present this as a “benefit slogan”. For us, it reflects a way of working that stays closer to real business rhythm and supports long-term team stability.
Who We Are Best Suited For
We are a better fit for customers who want stable sourcing, clear communication, and a supplier relationship that can grow over time. If the only goal is the lowest possible price, we may not be the best match. If the goal is reliability, consistency, and long-term cooperation, we are glad to talk.
