SPEC AND TESTING
Specifications are part of application review.
After customers confirm the soy sauce powder direction, they usually continue to review specifications, reconstitution behavior and testing documents against their product requirements.

01 · SPEC
Start with regular indicators
Total nitrogen, salt, color, aroma and reconstituted taste are basic indicators for judging whether soy sauce powder fits a formula.
The public page shows regular directions first. Product names and specification groups still need to be completed after confirmation.
02 · REPORTS
Then review external testing
Type inspection, GMO and allergen reports explain the product document chain and food safety boundary.
These materials are usually reviewed when customers move into sampling, quotation or supplier audit stages.
